These Terms of Service govern your use of The Right Room™: Booked ("the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit, including profile content, credentials, and event details.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Trial periods convert to a paid subscription at the role tier selected unless cancelled before trial end.

3. Conduct & Content

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliations, and not to use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

4. AI-Discovered Events

Externally listed events surfaced by AI search are not vetted or endorsed by The Right Room™: Booked. You engage with such events at your own risk.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other members, or compromise Platform integrity.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Right Room™: Booked disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
